Official Information Act requests

The OIA gives people the right to request official information from government agencies. In line with this legislation, the Charter School Agency publishes selected OIA responses where there is broader public interest and where release is appropriate.

Making an OIA Request

You can request official information held by the Charter School Agency under the Official Information Act 1982.

Requests should:

clearly describe the information you are seeking
include your contact details

We respond to requests as soon as reasonably practicable.

Some information may be withheld or redacted in accordance with provisions of the Official Information Act.
